Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewals Specialist to process customer renewals for software subscription products. This role involves subscription renewal lifecycle management, customer support, and upsell opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Process customer renewals, including quote building and closing opportunities.
  • Migrate customers to Cisco's ordering platform at renewal time.
  • Identify and execute upsells within the customer base.
  • Evaluate invoice accuracy and work with finance to ensure timely payment.
  • Analyze data to find growth opportunities and implement AI in repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide excellent verbal and written communication to customers.
  • Task Management: Handle a large volume of accounts, tasks, and responsibilities with high attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with finance and other teams to ensure seamless processes.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SaaS-based applications and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce.com and robotic automation/AI tools.
