Job Summary:

The role of a Revenue Assurance Project Manager is crucial in managing and executing renewal-related projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and enhancing processes to improve policyholder engagement and retention.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of renewal projects, define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, monitor SLAs, and maintain project documentation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, be able to collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Underwriting, and more, conduct regular review meetings to track progress and resolve blockers, analyze trends in renewals, lapses, and customer cohorts, create MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership, and recommend process improvements using data-driven insights.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also need to ensure adherence to internal policies and IRDAI regulations, conduct audits and quality checks to maintain high standards, and serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Project Management
    • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of renewal projects.
