Land Acquisition Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and acquire suitable land parcels for renewable energy projects, taking into consideration technical feasibility, connectivity, and regulatory clearances. This includes scouting, negotiation, documentation, registration, and handover.

This position requires building and managing relationships with local landowners, agents, revenue officials, district-level authorities, and government departments. Conducting title due diligence and ensuring legal sanctity of land through coordination with legal teams is also a crucial aspect of this role.

The successful candidate will oversee Row acquisition, mutation, land conversion, and compliance with state-specific policies. Ensuring clear documentation, including agreements to sale, lease deeds, power of attorney, and land maps, is essential.

Regularly updating management on project progress, risk factors, and mitigation plans is also a key responsibility of this role.
