Job Title: Land Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead land acquisition activities across multiple regional sites, resolving related issues.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with land aggregators, regional teams, and business development units.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of land laws and regulations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and management information system (MIS) preparation.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in land acquisition and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Cement industry background or experience in thermal power, coal mining, and infrastructure businesses.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with Google Earth and KMZ files.
  • Knowledge of revenue documentation and government regulations.
