Job Title: Site Execution Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced site execution specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the timely and quality execution of solar installations at the project site.

  • Supervise daily installation activities of solar PV systems;
  • Ensure adherence to technical drawings and quality standards;
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams;
  • Track project progress and ensure timely material delivery;
  • Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks;
  • Assist with troubleshooting on-site technical issues;
  • Maintain daily work progress reports;
  • Report to the Project Manager with updates and issues;

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with solar PV systems, inverters, and balance of system (BoS) components;
  • Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera (for project planning).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Problem-solving and time management abilities.
