Job Title: Scaffolding Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient erection, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolds on various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolds in accordance with industry standards and regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure scaffolds are safe and secure
  • Maintain accurate records of scaffold inspections and maintenance activities
  • Develop and implement scaffold safety procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with site managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in oil and gas field or similar industry
  • Proven track record of ensuring safety and quality on construction sites
  • Demonstrated knowledge of scaffolding scope of work, including erection, maintenance, and dismantling procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to speak and write in English
