**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our civil projects, specifically Breakwater, Bund and Groyne works.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and at least 15 years of experience in construction management.

  • Develop resource plans to meet project requirements within approved schedules.
  • Prepare work methods for incorporation into project quality plans.
  • Oversee construction, erection, and testing activities according to approved drawings and work methods.
  • Implement quality checks and maintain documented records.
  • Optimize resource utilization for maximum productivity.
  • Provide orientation on quality and EHS requirements to site personnel.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Graduate degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with 5 years in the proposed position.
  • Strong knowledge of wave and tidal effects, as well as survey techniques.
  • Experience in handling marine projects using jack-up barges.
  • Ability to interpret bathymetry and topography surveys.
