Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead the design and construction of our projects from inception to completion. This is a key responsibility of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed architectural designs and plans that meet project requirements, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.
  • Utilize engineering, mathematical, scientific, and material knowledge to create ideal finished products that exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality work and make recommendations as needed.
  • Oversee the entire construction process and provide strategic guidance to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • 5-6 years of experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio of residential projects.
  • Proficient in English and Kannada (mandatory), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, with a focus on sustainable and innovative design practices.
  • Strong organizational, creative, and problem-solving skills, with experience in AutoCAD and Revit software.
