C-Level Renewable Energy Professional

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Commercial & Industrial segment through renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify C&I customers for third-party and captive renewable energy solutions.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential customers and drive deal closures.
- Promote competitive business proposals
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Negotiate long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with customers.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry policies, and regulatory frameworks affecting C&I renewable energy.
- Collaborate with government bodies, DISCOMs, and regulatory authorities for approvals and compliance.
- Work closely with internal teams including finance, legal, and operations to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10-12 years of experience in business development/sales in the renewable energy sector, preferably in C&I sales.
- Strong understanding of third-party/captive power models, open access policies, and PPA structures.
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
