**About the Role**

Requirements:

  • A degree in business administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience as a Renewal Sales executive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Superior customer service abilities.
