**About the Role**
The Renewals Sales Executive will play a key part in driving revenue growth through effective subscription management and upselling.
Responsibilities include:
- Tracked renewal subscriptions, ensuring timely reminders to clients.
- Telecalled clients to confirm on-time renewals of their courses.
- Supported existing customers with upgrades to premium services.
- Maintained comprehensive records of all current and potential clients.
- Met targets for renewal collections.
- Exceeded defined monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales quotas.
- Gained detailed knowledge about courses to provide expert support.
- Engaged with clients at various points (welcome calls, service/feedback calls, renewal calls).
- Developed strong client relationships by providing exceptional after-sales support.
Requirements:
- A degree in business administration or related field.
- 1-2 years' experience as a Renewal Sales executive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Superior customer service abilities.
