We are seeking a Health Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing post-sale activities, including documentation and renewal processes for health insurance customers.

About the Role
  • Manage end-to-end KYC checks, documentation, and policy renewal processes
  • Coordinate with customers to collect and verify required documents
  • Maintain accurate records of renewals, compliance checks, and customer interactions
  • Work closely with insurers and internal teams to ensure timely policy renewals
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in health insurance operations, renewals, and KYC processing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with good stakeholder and customer handling abilities
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in insurance operations
  • Basic computer and Excel skills
