About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end health insurance renewal processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- KYC Checks and Documentation: Manage key customer due diligence checks, documentation, and policy renewal processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Customer Communication: Coordinate with customers to collect and verify required documents for policy renewals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of renewals, compliance checks, and customer interactions to support business growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with insurers and internal teams to ensure timely policy renewals and meet business objectives.
- Process Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve renewal processes, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines.
- Sales Opportunities: Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities to existing customers to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in health insurance operations or related fields.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with good stakeholder and customer handling abilities to maintain accurate records.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance requirements in insurance operations to ensure regulatory adherence.
