About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end health insurance renewal processes.



Main Responsibilities:
  1. KYC Checks and Documentation: Manage key customer due diligence checks, documentation, and policy renewal processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Customer Communication: Coordinate with customers to collect and verify required documents for policy renewals.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of renewals, compliance checks, and customer interactions to support business growth.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with insurers and internal teams to ensure timely policy renewals and meet business objectives.
  5. Process Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve renewal processes, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines.
  6. Sales Opportunities: Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities to existing customers to drive business growth.


Requirements:
  1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in health insurance operations or related fields.
  2. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.
  3. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with good stakeholder and customer handling abilities to maintain accurate records.
  4. Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance requirements in insurance operations to ensure regulatory adherence.
  5. Computer Skills: Basic computer and Excel skills to support business operations.
