Transformative Leader Sought for Insurance Operations Management Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals supporting a large global insurance provider. The role involves managing financial and administrative operations, as well as claims and underwriting services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deep domain knowledge in insurance operations and financial management
- Delivering value through transformation initiatives and ensuring zero-surprise operations
- Managing client relationships at CXO levels and driving business growth
- Adhering to client requirements and contract obligations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance operations management
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work globally with cross-functional teams
Preferred qualifications include:
- Chartered Accountant or graduate degree in commerce
- Extensive experience in managing large teams and end-to-end service delivery
