Relationship Manager for Insurance Brokerage Position We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at our insurance brokerage firm located in Gurugram This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in the insurance domain particularly with motor products and possesses excellent communication skills The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in insurance brokerage or a related field and will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to drive business success Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs Advise clients on suitable motor insurance products and services based on their requirements and risks Negotiate terms with clients and insurance providers to secure mutually beneficial agreements Handle client concerns resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction with services provided Maintain a deep understanding of motor products market conditions and trends within the insurance industry Coordinate with other team members to facilitate seamless service delivery Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and standards in all transactions and interactions Required Skills In-depth knowledge of motor product offerings within the insurance domain Firm grasp of various types of insurance plans especially vehicle-related available on the market Ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly both verbally and in writing Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully on behalf of clients Secondary Skills Strong interpersonal skills capable of building rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds Experience Range 1-5 years Job Timing This position requires the candidate to work in-office during regular business hours Job Type This is a full-time position based in Gurugram If you are passionate about building lasting client relationships and have a detailed understanding of the insurances sector particularly motor products we would love to hear from you Join us in driving forward our mission of providing tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of each client We look forward to your application
