  4. Act as the central point of execution between Product, Tech, Operations, and Finance teams.">
  5. Anticipate bottlenecks and resolve issues quickly to maintain project progress.">
  6. Monitor deliverables against KPIs, prepare structured updates, and escalate risks where required.">
  7. Drive accountability with agencies, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.">
  8. Implement SOPs, checklists, and dashboards for structured and transparent project management.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or startup environments.">
  • Proven record of driving projects to completion-fast, accurate, and without constant supervision.">
  • Sharp focus on timelines, dependencies, and project details.">
  • Strong communication skills to influence and push multiple stakeholders (internal & external) to deliver on time.">
  • Comfortable using project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.">
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related fields.">
  • PMP/Agile certification is an advantage.">
