Senior IT Executive Opportunity

We seek an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior IT Executive to spearhead our enterprise-wide technology strategy. This key role will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust, scalable, and secure systems that support our nationwide operations.

  • Develop and execute the company's comprehensive IT vision and roadmap.
  • Design, build, and maintain cutting-edge systems to facilitate seamless retail operations across the country.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making by driving analytics initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Ensure exceptional standards of cybersecurity, data protection, and IT governance.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to integrate technology into all facets of retail operations, including supply chain management, finance, and customer experience.
  • Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic technology investments.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of distinguished IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
  • A strong background in retail, e-commerce, or large-scale multi-location businesses.
  • A proven track record of driving digital transformation and successfully implementing enterprise-wide systems (ERP, CRM, POS, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
