Job Overview

This role encompasses senior leadership responsibilities, overseeing the development team and ensuring timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and debugging applications to meet customer needs.
  • Manage team activities, set goals, and ensure timely project delivery to drive business growth.
  • Present new technology choices to technical and non-technical stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Develop innovative solutions that take a long-term perspective to build systems and features that meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate with senior leadership and allocate resources to achieve business objectives and drive success.
  • Interact with leaders to identify opportunities and drive growth through strategic direction.
  • Provide expertise for technical assessment, definition, prioritization, architecture, design, and deployment of new products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software application development, ecosystem strategy, and architecture.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, computer science, or related technical field.
  • Deep understanding of modern technologies, cloud development methodologies, quality, scalability, and execution.
  • Self-starter who can work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON Web Token, Babel, Webpack, NPM, Oracle, React, Node, and versatile experience in product development.
  • Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle PLSQL, SQL, MongoDB), web servers (Apache), APIs, and UI/UX design.
  • Excellent team management skills and leadership qualities.
