Job Title: Project Leader MSME Lean Scheme

Location: Gurugram

Reporting To: Head B2G

Concerning the Role

MSM Unify has been entrusted with a prestigious Government of India project under the MSME Lean Scheme. We are seeking a visionary leader who can not only ensure compliance and smooth rollout of the scheme but also define the larger business roadmap including industry targeting, team structuring, cost-revenue modelling, and execution. The role demands both strategic foresight and hands-on leadership to build the project from the ground up.

Principal Duties

Planning Strategically:

- Specify the MSME Lean Scheme project&aposs roadmap.
- Decide which industries and regions to target with outreach.
- Evaluate revenue generation models, cost structures, and viability.

Leadership & Team Building:

- Suggest the necessary team size and organization.
- Describe each team member&aposs responsibilities, roles, and skill sets.
- To accomplish goals, lead, mentor, and oversee cross-functional teams.

Execution and Delivery:

- Oversee the completion of a project from start to finish while adhering to regulations.
- Lead end-to-end project execution in alignment with government guidelines.
- Develop operational frameworks, reporting systems, and monitoring dashboards.
- Ensure timelines, quality, and impact outcomes are met.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the key liaison with government bodies, MSMEs, and other stakeholders.
- Present strategy, progress, and impact to the Founder and leadership team.
- Build partnerships and networks to strengthen program implementation.

Desired Profile

- 10+ years of leadership experience in consulting, government projects, MSME advisory, or business transformation.
- Strong understanding of MSME ecosystem, lean manufacturing practices, and government schemes.
- Proven ability to design strategies, manage P&L, and drive execution.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and in leadership capacity.
