Job Title
A well-rounded IT Project Manager is required to provide leadership for technology projects and programs. This role involves leading multiple IT projects and Agile teams, ensuring initiatives are planned and executed in alignment with company strategy, goals, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Manage activities for IT projects of varying types and sizes, applying both Agile and traditional project management principles to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Lead technical teams using Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives, with clear agendas and actionable outcomes.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and provide timely updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, remove blockers, and resolve issues collaboratively.
  • Track task completion, maintain accountability, and conduct regular review meetings to assess progress.
  • Help development teams achieve stakeholder and Product Owner satisfaction and encourage adherence to Scrum principles.
  • Collect and report on analyzed data with project managers and technical leads, using metrics to communicate project status and record achievements.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience working with IT Development or Operations teams in a project management capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, people management, and influencing skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to operate effectively in new environments and a demonstrated ability to learn beyond formal training.
  • Critical thinking with excellent judgment and initiative.
  • Experience leading collaboration with multiple technical teams to help resolve blockers.
  • Dedicated multi-tasker with excellent organizational skills.
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Scrum Master and/or Project Management certification preferred.
