Our team is seeking an experienced leader to manage and optimize our investment management business. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the distribution and investment management function and its role in driving financial performance.

About Your Role

This position involves partnering with key stakeholders, synthesizing and delivering critical KPI reporting requirements, and managing monthly deliverables for investment management business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with leadership, sales leaders, product teams, and business finance teams to drive strategic initiatives and enhance business outcomes.
  • Managing key monthly deliverables, including revenue projections, accruals, and allocations across Europe and Asia.
  • Performing asset reconciliation and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
  • Supporting the design and delivery of the investment management franchise view of P&L and automating its production.
  • Managing the investment management structure in various systems and staying up-to-date on organizational changes.
  • Ownership of MPA solution and related BAU queries and system enhancements.
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified professional with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in FP&A/business finance roles, including deep experience in MI, forecasting, business case evaluation, and provision of financial analysis.
