Project Leader for Cabling Infrastructure

Objective: We seek a highly skilled Project Leader to oversee the planning and execution of structured cabling systems across various projects.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with experience in managing daily work updates, issue resolution, and progress alignment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to coordinate daily work updates, issue resolution, and progress alignment.
  • Develop and share detailed work progress charts and status reports with stakeholders.
  • Supervise site teams effectively, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Negotiate with vendors and contractors to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Conduct thorough quality control and compliance checks to ensure project excellence.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive project reports and documentation.
  • Proactively resolve on-site technical challenges.
  • Maintain open communication channels to ensure client satisfaction through proactive management.
