Operations Supervisor: Solar Structure Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to lead our solar structure manufacturing team. As an integral part of our operations department, you will oversee daily activities to ensure efficient production processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage production planning and execution to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Supervise the shop floor, including fabrication, assembly, and material flow.
  • Design and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on production progress and machine performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new products and processes.
  • Monitor production costs and resource utilization to optimize efficiency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar structure manufacturing or a related industry

  • Solid understanding of solar mounting structures and associated fabrication methods
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools
