Hiring a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to drive excellence in customer relationship management processes. This full-time on-site role, based in Navi Mumbai, involves overseeing quality control and management initiatives to ensure the highest standards are met.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in quality control, auditing, and management, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, with previous experience in CRM systems and processes being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and improve inbound/outbound sales calls and processes
- Ensure adherence to quality and sales guidelines
- Identify training needs and recommend process enhancements
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales teams
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to optimize agent performance
- Maintain customer satisfaction benchmarks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Management expertise
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in CRM systems and processes
- Proficiency in quality monitoring tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
