Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team at Rupee Finance. This is a full-time remote role that involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, and facilitating communications between the company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Address customer inquiries and provide high-quality customer service
- Facilitate communications between the company and its clients
- Collaborate with the finance team to support sales efforts and identify potential business opportunities
- Perform day-to-day tasks such as client communications, financial document reviews, customer service follow-ups, and sales strategy coordination
Requirements:
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management
- Relevant experience in Finance and Sales
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proven track record of success in relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field (optional)
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
