As a Business Development Executive, you will drive business growth by engaging with potential customers and supporting the sales process through consistent follow-ups.
Your primary role will be to understand client requirements, communicate project details effectively, and build lasting relationships that lead to conversions. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience and contribute to achieving business targets.
This role requires excellent communication skills in Hindi, Kannada, and English, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle objections and queries confidently.

- Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Kannada, and English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively
- Target-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic computer applications
