Human Resources Strategic Leader

This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing key aspects of the human resources function within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess high-level professionalism, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, adaptability, excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and discretion handling confidential information.

Job Description:
  • Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal processes, provide guidance to managers and employees, and implement employee recognition programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits management: Assist in administration, provide guidance on salary revisions, manage bonuses, and address employee inquiries.
  • Learning and Development: Identify technical competency gaps, implement training methods, coordinate with experts, and establish metrics for program effectiveness.
  • Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement: Foster a positive culture, develop engagement strategies, ensure effective communication channels, and facilitate team-building activities.
  • Organizational Design and Structure: Assess structures, define roles, and ensure clarity and accountability.
  • Employee Relations: Develop policies, ensure compliance with labour laws, and enforce HR procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field with a PG degree in HR from a reputed institute.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of HR generalist experience in the IT/ITES industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Labour laws.
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office – PowerPoint Excel and Word.
  • Exposure to HRMS tool.
