Job Title: Building Management Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement building management systems (BMS) focusing on DDC programming, PLC programming (FBD, Script, Ladder Diagram), and integration of various protocols.
  2. Develop high-quality BMS solutions incorporating HVAC control systems, equipment like Air Handling Units, Chillers/Boilers, and Variable Air Volume Boxes.
  3. Collaborate with global teams to gather customer requirements, ensuring clear communication and efficient project delivery.
  4. Perform thorough functionality checks, offline programming, testing, and FAT implementation, guaranteeing defect-free deliverables.
Deliverables:
  1. Successful implementation of BMS software meeting customer specifications and timelines.
  2. Accurate, detailed graphics (floorplans, equipment, network layouts) in Visio or AutoCAD aligning with project standards.
  3. Robust integration of third-party tools and graphics with BMS applications ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of DDC and PLC programming languages (FBD, Script, Ladder Diagram).
  • Experience with building management systems (BMS) design, development, and implementation.
  • Knowledge of HVAC control systems, equipment, and integration protocols.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
