We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and efficient backend systems.

  • This position involves designing and building production-grade microservices using Golang, as well as creating gRPC/REST APIs, PostgreSQL schemas, and Redis-backed caching solutions.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for architecting Kafka-driven pipelines for decoupled processing and fault-tolerant workflows, collaborating with DevOps teams to ship containerized services via Kubernetes (EKS), and owning CI/CD automation.
">Requirements and Qualifications">
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in building backends in Golang, preferably in a product-first engineering team.
  • A strong command over Go internals, including goroutines, channels, context, sync, and interfaces.
  • Experience with Postgres, Redis, Kafka, and event-driven systems is required.
  • Comfort with building and operating production systems in Docker + Kubernetes (EKS preferred) is essential.
  • A working knowledge of HTTP/gRPC, API auth (JWT, OAuth2), and structured logging is necessary.
  • Ownership of real infrastructure, having shipped code that ran live and mattered, is required.
  • Familiarity with observability tooling, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and ELK, is beneficial.
