System Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Absorb LMS platform, providing technical assistance to instructors, administrators, and learners, and managing user roles, permissions, and access controls.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Platform Support: Provide timely and effective support to users, ensuring seamless functionality of the Absorb LMS platform.
  • User Management: Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient use of the platform.
  • Content Management: Create and maintain courses, learning paths, and content libraries to meet organizational needs.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Generate analytics and reports on learner progress and training KPIs to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of technology or industry experience.
  • Technical Expertise: 4+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and strong technical, analytical, and IT system knowledge.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills (written and verbal), strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to negotiate user needs vs system capabilities.
