Job Title: IT System Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT production systems and services. A typical day involves supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risks associated with services.

  • Support the entire infrastructure service management lifecycle from project initiation to closure.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem prevention.
  • Manage risks associated with services by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential threats.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

  • Must have strong technical skills in AWS.
  • Must have good knowledge of cloud computing and its applications.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
