About the Role

The primary objective of this role is to support brand building initiatives across various solution areas within the company's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of the target audience, their triggers and barriers, competitive landscape, etc.
  • New Product Development (NPD): Assist in the development of communication strategies across touchpoints such as product display pages, D2C store, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc.
  • Communication Development: Manage all consumer touchpoints including social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaign, etc.
  • Data Analytics: Drive measurement and learnings for various marketing initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across the marketing team, cross-functional teams, and external partners/agencies/vendors.
  • Offline Understanding: Conduct market visits to track offline business health metrics such as Distribution, ECO/Unique ECO, Primary & Secondary Revenue, Visibility, and Planogramming.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven, enthusiastic team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possession about building a consumer brand.
