We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Growth Lead. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through multi-channel campaigns, leveraging Google Ads, cold email, and content marketing.

The role requires a strong understanding of B2B SaaS growth, marketing, and sales principles. You will be working closely with our development team to develop landing pages, case studies, and comparison pages to drive inbound leads. Additionally, you will build relationships with ecosystem partners, marketplaces, and industry communities to expand our reach.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, marketing, or sales, with hands-on experience with outbound prospecting tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, and Sales Navigator. They will also have practical experience with paid acquisition (Google Ads) and content-driven growth. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

As a self-starter who thrives in early-stage SaaS environments, you will be responsible for tracking metrics such as CAC, LTV, and conversion rates, and running experiments to find scalable channels.

  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Outbound Sales Development: Build prospect lists, craft outreach sequences, and book meetings with decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, run discovery calls, manage CRM, and move deals forward.
  • Content & Assets: Develop landing pages, case studies, and comparison pages to drive inbound leads.
  • Partnerships: Build relationships with ecosystem partners, marketplaces, and industry communities.
  • Analytics & Optimisation: Track metrics and run experiments to find scalable channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
