Job Summary:

As a Paid Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads, as well as working with ecommerce and lead generation clients.

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to work with a boutique growth agency that partners with select ecommerce and lead generation brands. You will have the space to do things properly, receive clear briefs and strategy direction, and get the support you need to grow.

As a Paid Digital Specialist, your job will be to execute to a high standard, ask questions when needed, and continually learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Pmax) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Build and maintain account structures that support efficient testing and long-term scale
  • Stay on top of algorithm changes, audience trends, and platform updates
  • Set up, test and maintain conversion tracking across platforms
  • Troubleshoot and refine attribution setups
  • Work with integrations, APIs, and tagging systems
  • Manage budgets, bids, ROAS targets, and pacing
  • Optimize for CPL, CPA, or ROAS depending on client goals
  • Use a mix of data and creative testing to improve results over time

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Experience working with ecommerce and lead generation clients
  • Fluency in English – both spoken and written
  • Confidence setting up conversion tracking
  • Comfortable navigating integrations and understanding how to connect and optimize ad tracking
