
Call Centre Operations Lead

This is a key leadership role overseeing call centre operations, including outsourced partner management across phone and social media platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, cost control, escalations, and customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in call centre or customer service operations, with expertise in vendor management, billing governance, and social media support. They should also possess strong skills in customer experience and escalation handling.
Responsibilities:- Lead the call centre team to achieve SLA targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment between call centre, field service teams, and other departments.
