Centre Operations Manager

This role requires an individual who can lead a team and manage the day-to-day operations of our centre. As Centre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of centre management, including client interactions, events, and staff supervision.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead Client Interactions: You will be the primary point of contact for clients and must possess excellent communication skills to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Manage Events: From enquiry to execution, you will oversee all events at the centre, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Supervision: You will supervise and lead a team of staff, coordinating their daily activities and tasks to achieve centre goals.
  • Standardise Processes: Develop and implement standardised processes for housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage operations, and cleanliness to ensure high-quality services.
  • Maintain Records: Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports, maintain basic accounts, and manage petty cash for the centre.
  • Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and client-facing roles, as well as experience in handling operations and leading teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

Location: This role is based in Mulund, Mumbai.
