About The Role  

RoleProduct Manager Tech - Contact Centre Business Team

Responsibilities: 

- Provide support for various products within the contact centre business team.
- Address and resolve bug fixes promptly to maintain product reliability.
- Conduct user acceptance testing for projects to ensure quality and adherence to requirements.
- Develop and implement logical structures for reports to enhance operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Generate innovative ideas to address problems and improve existing processes.
- Maintain a customer-centric focus to ensure products meet user needs and expectations.
- Co-ordinate with various stakeholders to find the solutions
- Exhibit attention to detail in all aspects of product management.

Qualifications: 

"¢ Bachelor's degree in Engineering

"¢ Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

"¢ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT or business
