Job Title: Retail Experience Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to manage our retail experience centre. As a Retail Experience Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre, ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the retail experience centre to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the centre's appearance, including housekeeping and visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on centre performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the centre's inventory and stock levels.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail store management.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a store manager in retail.
  • Furniture and Home Decor industry experience preferred.
  • Basic Knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.
  • Well-versed in Store Operations and SOP Management.
