We are seeking an experienced Modern Trade Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key accounts manager, you will be responsible for managing national accounts, planning and delivering sales numbers, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing business strategies to drive growth and increase category share
- Negotiating with key accounts on yearly basis
- Ensuring planograms and assortment are executed as per plans
- Coordinating with internal & External teams to drive efficiency within the teams
Key Account Relationship and Target Review:
- Building relationships with key accounts through meaningful engagements
- Preparing Joint Business Plans to set account-wise objectives
- Reviewing performance with accounts on quarterly basis
Sales Promotion Planning:
- Planning marketing calendars, activations, and new product introductions
- Preparing business forecasts and prioritizing spends to maximize ROI
- Providing trade information and market intelligence
- Monitoring industry trends to anticipate new products
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing national accounts, negotiating with key accounts, and driving operational efficiency. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
