Service Catalog Lead

The Service Catalog Lead is a strategic leader responsible for supporting the design, governance, and maintenance of the enterprise service catalog.

  • ">Main Responsibilities:
  • Defines and implements enterprise-wide standards and templates for service definitions, catalog entries, and SLAs to ensure consistent quality, alignment, and usability of service information across the organization.
  • Conducts regular audits of the service catalog to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across functions, enabling informed decision making, operational efficiency, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Pairs with functional teams to gather service information and validates catalog content against standards so that services are accurately represented, up-to-date, and aligned with business capabilities.
  • Oversees the integration of the service catalog across the common user experience layer to guarantee a seamless user experience that drives adoption and satisfaction among stakeholders.
  • Supports updates and enhancements to catalog structures in collaboration with platform owners (e.g., ServiceNow) to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Interfaces with key stakeholders (inclusive of service owners and requestors) to facilitate service catalog reviews to ensure service offering alignment and accountability.
  • Identifies and assesses opportunities to improve catalog usability and recommends targeted enhancements to optimize user experience, drive adoption, and ensure the catalog effectively supports business operations.
