We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Catalog Specialist I. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of product catalogs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual audits and resolve outliers/exceptions by following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify patterns emerging in audits and contribute to process improvements.
  • Provide timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks as per SOP and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Educate others regarding best practices and workflows to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
  • Meet business metrics and goals, such as SLA, productivity, quality, and utilization benchmarks.
  • Understand performance metrics for driving business objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team growth and development.
  • Gather knowledge about various geographies that clients operate in to provide informed insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Bachelor's Degree:

A degree from an accredited institution is required.

Work Experience:

Up to 2 years of experience, including fresher profiles up to 2024, are considered suitable.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

MS Office Proficiency:

Familiarity with MS Office products such as Word and Excel is beneficial.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential.

Language Skills:

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
