Enterprise Identity Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional with a deep understanding of enterprise identity management to lead the design, implementation, and management of identity federation services. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and maintaining complex identity solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure identity federation solutions using PingFederate and Saviynt.
  • Develop and manage SP/IdP configurations and integrations with internal and external applications.
  • Implement and optimize authentication policies, adapters, and token services.
  • Ensure secure implementation of SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC protocols.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, application, and security teams to support IAM integration projects.
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and ensure high availability and scalability of identity services.
  • Troubleshoot complex identity and federation issues and provide root cause analysis.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support compliance with internal security policies and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and serve as the go-to expert on identity architecture and functionality.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in identity management and federation.
  • Hands-on experience with PingFederate and Saviynt.
  • Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC protocols.
  • Experience with SP/IdP configurations and integrations.
  • Ability to work closely with infrastructure, application, and security teams.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
