Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise daily service operations with a team of assigned technicians within a given service area.
  2. Ensure quality of service delivery by effective supervision on technicians, following company SOPs.
  3. Plan and execute 02 TPAs (Technicians Performance Assessment) per assigned technician with 2 development programs per year.
  4. Coach and train assigned technicians to improve service quality.
  5. Convey special instructions to technicians to execute jobs as per Service Docket.
  6. Carry out pest management audits of customer sites as per agreed schedule.
  7. Complete and close customer audit non-conformities, following up and implementing CAPA at customer sites.
  8. Handle assigned customer complaints within 24 hours and resolve them at the earliest.
  9. Identify and resolve service delivery issues in coordination with the Branch Manager.
  10. Conduct daily 10 min stand-up meeting and monthly operations meeting.
  11. Be conversant with STP and monitor, analyze visit extraction notes for all high infestation related service visits on a daily basis.
  12. Digital Initiative: Be conversant with all in-house systems.
  13. Maintain material consumption, overtime hours, and schedule at an agreed targeted level for the assigned service area and technician.
  14. Approval of conveyance amount for assigned technicians.
  15. Monitor and report to ABM/BM on input costs at all major sites as per gross margin agreed.
  16. Actively drive Service & Product Leads for assigned technician group within service area.
  17. Innovation: Conduct trials and report findings as per guidelines, implement new service lines as per SOPs.
  18. Minimum 18 customer visits per week for Resi & SA (Residential & Small Accounts segment heavy branch).
  19. Inventory: Help ABM/BM to manage Inventory – coordinate with other Ops colleagues to manage Stock Levels of branches & forecasting, Indenting & receipt of material for branch.
  20. Ensure APL is followed by all assigned technicians and all chemical containers have original labels.
  21. Ensure proper schedule of maintenance & repairs of equipment is established & followed.
  22. Promote highest grooming standards (uniform, Safety shoes, PPEs).
  23. Encourage technicians to plan their leaves in advance to curb absenteeism.
  24. Help Resolve any Grievances & IR issues of Technicians & bring to the notice of ABM/BM on day-to-day basis.
  25. Report any deviation that could impact service quality or productivity of technicians.

Requirements

Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role, you will need:

  1. Minimum B. Sc. (Chemistry / Zoology / Agriculture). Any prior experience in operations of pest management or service industry is desirable.
  2. Proficient in use of computer applications & systems with Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or its equivalent).
  3. Should get well-versed with various internal company systems such as iCABS, STP, iAuditor, SRA, SQA, SQS, TPA, myRentokilPCI, Service Leads App, U+ etc.
