Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven marketing professional to lead, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

This is an opportunity for a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills to collaborate with sales, product, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and be able to interpret campaign analytics and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage campaign resources efficiently and oversee digital marketing activities including social media, email, paid ads, SEO, and influencer outreach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and present them to management.

Requirements & Skills

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in campaign management preferably in EdTech/FMCG/IT.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign analytics and ROI.
