The role of a Marketing Campaign Strategist is to plan, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive business results. As a key member of our marketing team, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of a campaign from initial research and strategy development through to creative briefing, execution and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, sales and product to ensure seamless campaign execution.">
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using data-driven metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.">
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to improve effectiveness and ROI.">
  • Manage campaign resources, timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.">
  • Ensure all marketing channels are on-brand and compliant with internal and external regulations.">

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.">
  • 3–6 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing.">
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing tools etc.">
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Marketing Automation platforms.">
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.">
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.">

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp etc.

Knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media advertising.

Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
