PCC Advertising Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled advertising specialist to manage our high-budget Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will lead strategy, planning, and execution of multi-platform campaigns at scale.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PPC and Paid Social campaign management, with a proven track record of driving growth across international markets.

This strategic role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth data analysis to refine targeting, improve efficiency, and maximize ROI.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategy, planning, and execution of multi-platform campaigns at scale.
  • Manage significant advertising budgets across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and implement effective ad account structures, bidding strategies, and compliance measures.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and client teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in PPC and Paid Social campaign management.
  • Proven success in scaling large-budget, multi-market campaigns.
  • Advanced understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
