Shift Timings: US Shift Timings (7 PM – 4 AM IST)

We seek a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist with expertise in running high-performing Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impressive results and driving business growth through data-driven strategies.

This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to shaping our digital marketing strategy. As a key member, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Meta Ads Campaign Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement effective paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive performance and meet business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end campaign execution: creation, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and budget management.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign data to optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
  • Continuously refine targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets.

Budget Management

  • Oversee and manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective advertising and maximize ROI.

Creative Strategy & Optimization

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad formats (carousel, video, static, etc.).

Reporting & Communication

  • Generate and present campaign reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Meta Ads Certification.
  • Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion tracking.
