Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Acquisition Strategist to lead our paid marketing initiatives.

This role involves designing and executing targeted campaigns that drive high-quality leads & conversions, optimizing funnels, testing strategies, and refining messaging to maximize ROI.

  • Takes full ownership of end-to-end paid marketing initiatives.
  • Develops and implements data-driven strategies to scale paid campaigns.
  • Drives retention with remarketing & personalized campaigns.
  • Defines growth metrics, tracks performance, and pivots based on data insights.
  • Collaborates with product, design & customer teams to accelerate results.

Your Background

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing (D2C / B2C e-commerce preferred).
  • Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with measurable results.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Ads Manager & attribution tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset + ability to translate data into strategy.
  • A bias for action — comfortable running multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, and eager to experiment with new trends & channels.
