Job Title: Enterprise Cloud Architect


This is a challenging role for an experienced IT professional to blend daily support with project delivery. You'll resolve complex issues, drive architectural initiatives, and champion best practices with a focus on ownership and independent problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for core infrastructure (Windows, VMware, Linux).
  • Own technical issues from incident to resolution.
  • Deliver solutions aligned with architectural designs and project needs.
  • Recommend and implement infrastructure improvements.
  • Support backup, recovery, and Disaster Recovery operations.
  • Collaborate on new infrastructure and cloud platform rollouts.
  • Document systems, processes, and configurations.

Tech Stack:
  • Virtualization: VMware vSphere, ESXi clustering, vCenter, NSX; AWS, GCP, Azure.
  • Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu).
  • Identity & Access: Active Directory, Okta, Azure AD.
  • Backup & Recovery: Veeam (configuration, policy, restore, DR).
  • Scripting & Automation: PowerShell, Bash, Puppet.

About You:
  • 8+ years in IT infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi clustering, vCenter, NSX, and Linux.
  • Solid troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, VMware, and automated environments.
  • Good working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
  • Proficiency with Veeam (backup policy design, recovery, DR).
  • Strong scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Puppet).
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
