We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to align technology with business objectives, provide architectural leadership, and ensure best practices across development, integration, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, and other Salesforce Clouds.
  • Develop data models, security frameworks, and integration strategies for enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Lead solution design, code reviews, and performance tuning to ensure optimized delivery.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
  • Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across Salesforce projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce roadmap, best practices, and enterprise architecture standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years in IT, with 5+ years dedicated to Salesforce architecture.
  • Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other integration tools.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and governor limits.

Certifications (Mandatory)

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
  • Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect

Nice-to-Have (Preferred Skills)

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • Experience with Industry Clouds FSL, FSC, Health Cloud.
  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Tableau CRM.
  • Knowledge of Heroku, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments.
