Job Description:

As a key member of the HR team, the Human Resource Partner plays a critical role in driving business success through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with strategic HR business partners to forecast local requirements and plan project demand.
  • Employee Engagement: Serve as a primary contact for employee relations activities, facilitate conflict resolution, and manage proactive relationship improvements.
  • Case Management: Deliver case management services to support the business with sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary activities.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with recruitment teams to align recruitment strategies with business unit needs.
  • Performance Enhancement: Assist managers in conducting performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and implementing improvement plans.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, including compliance with local labor laws and organizational regulations.
  • Business Alignment: Drive improvements to HR policies in line with business requirements and changes in local markets.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Support the seamless integration of new employees by facilitating an effective onboarding process.
  • Data Insights: Leverage HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, engagement, and productivity.
  • Employee Wellbeing: Drive initiatives to measure and enhance employee wellbeing, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
  • Workforce Planning: Supports strategic HR business partners in the activities that underpin a successful workforce planning strategy.
  • Location and Workplace Strategy: Determine the right location and office attendance strategy.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Implement DEI strategies and foster inclusive workplace environments.
  • Risk Management: Ensure adherence to risk management protocols across all HR initiatives.
